TB NURSE AIDE
Job Summary
The TB team are a specialist nursing team based in the community. We provide support
and care for patients who are diagnosed with Tuberculosis and neonatal and child BCG
vaccinations .
Working as part of the TB team the post holder will participate in the provision of high
quality clinical care. Assist TB patients in fully completing their TB treatments, provide
information and education, assist with contact screening and the on going management of the
patient. Provide an effective and efficient clinical service, being sensitive to
the needs of all clients including young people and vulnerable groups, whilst working
within a small team.
