Groundwater Modeling (Geological Sciences 16:460:528:01)

This course teaches students how to build groundwater flow and transport models using Visual MODFLOW software. The course is hands-on and project-based, requiring students to choose a research problem and build a model to test hypotheses. It meets weekly on Wednesdays for lectures and modeling projects. Assessment is based on a tutorial project, exam, and semester-long modeling project with a written report and presentation.
