SBS Plate Microarray Auto Processor: Key Requirements

Microarrays Inc is developing an automated microarray plate processing device for Alabama A&M's senior design project. The device must be able to process up to 110 plates according to standard operating procedures, incorporating wash buffers at appropriate temperatures and intervals as specified. It must safely and effectively dry plates, be ergonomically friendly, allow pausing at any step, and be programmable to run alternate processes. The device will log temperature and humidity during processing and have LED status indicators.
