Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to
pre-commit funds to purchase and implement a Human Resource Management System as
follows:
i) $5.0 million in 2011-12, $4.25 million in 2012-13 and $3.805 million in 2013-14 to
facilitate the award of a multi-year contract valued at $16.305 million with Deloitte Inc.
with $3.25 million being available in the Office of the Chief Information Officers 20 10-
2011 budget; and
ii) $587,500 in 2011-12, $587,500 in 2012 .. 13 and $587,500 in 2013-14 to facilitate the
award of a multi-year contract valued at $5.02 million with Oracle Corporation Canada Inc.
with $3.257 million being available in the Office of the Chief Information Officer 2010
2011 budget;
