Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and
Recreation to pre-commit funding in the amount of$212,650 against its 2010/11 budgetary
appropriations to facilitate the purchase and installation of the seats at the Gander Arts and
Culture Centre.
