I have received a copy of the full statement or an official summary of Samba Bank Limited Ethical
Standards and Conflict of Interest Policy and am familiar with its contents. Within its meaning,
expressed and implied, I am not and have not been aware of any circumstances of a personal or family
nature which would conflict or appear to conflict with the interest of Samba Bank Limited, except as
reported in the space provided below. Further, I have no knowledge of improper payments to
representatives of governmental or regulatory agencies to gain political or economic advantage for
Samba Bank Limited. I agree to report promptly any such circumstances which may develop in the
future.
