Create a role ZALLBOROLE with below object authorization ( S_TCODE, field name TCD, value * )

This role has to be given to all the users who wan t to access BO with BW data.





Create a user BOBJREMOTE with below authorization as a dialogue user



And give the profiles sap_all and sap_new

BO side









Then go to option tab



Choose Enable SAP Authenticaton


Add all roles towards right





Click on update now for both roles and aliases. Schedule will help you to update users and roles
automatically on regular basis.
