2. Follow instructions
3. Once done, launch Autodesk Revit as Admin. This is only required the first time you use the plugin.
4. Now you can access to Twinmotion Export options in the Add-ins tab of your Revit.

3. Troubleshoot

Q : I cant see the Add-ins tab or Twinmotion button in Revit.
R : Make sure that PlugInTwinmotion.addin is in your Revit addins folder. You can find it at those locations :
In a non-user specific location in "application data"
o For Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2013\
o For Vista/Windows 7 - C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2013\
In a user specific location in "application data"
o For Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2013\
o For Vista/Windows 7 - C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2013\
If PlugInTwinmotion.addin is missing, you can find the original file in the plugin folder and copy it to the addins location.

Q : I can export and see the progress bar finished. But no document is written on the disk.
R : Revit needs some Twinmotion *.dll to write a .TMCont. So make sure that you have installed the latest version of Twinmotion and that you
have those *.dll in Revit.exe folder :
- KaRa.Framework.dll
- KaRa.Framework.Medias.dll
- TwinMotion.Common.dll
- TwinMotion.World.dll
- KaRa.Plugins.Contents.ItemData.dll
If they are missing, you can find them in the plugin folder and copy them. This task is automatically done if you have done the step 3 of the
installation guideline.
