This document provides steps to create an Adobe form and define its layout and fields. It involves creating an interface and internal table in the global definitions, then drawing and dropping fields from the interface and table onto the form layout. Some steps deactivate unnecessary fields and change object properties like setting "None" instead of "Sunen Box" for one field. The final step executes the created form.
