    NICENE CREED
    The Creed (in my words)
    I believe in one God,
    the Father almighty,
    We Christians believe that we have one God
    maker of heaven and earth,
    of all things visible and invisible
    Who created both heaven, earth and everything
    detectable and undetectable
    I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
    the only Begotten Son of God,
    born of the Father before all ages
    I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, who we believe is
    the only true son of God, who had a vital purpose in
    our world.
    God from God, Light from Light,
    true God from true God,
    begotten, not made,
    consubstantial with the Father;
    Through him all things were made.
    I believe Jesus and God are equal; Jesus had a true
    purpose and was not made for any other reason and
    through God, all things in our wonderful world was
    created and shows Gods power.
    For us men and our salvation
    He came down from heaven:
    and by the Holy Spirit was
    incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and
    became man.
    For us humans and our rightful freedom from sin,
    Jesus was sent down from heaven; when Mary was
    incarnate with the Holy Spirit.
    For our sake he was crucified under
    Pontius Pilate;
    he suffered death and was buried.
    For all of us humans sake, he was crucified by
    Pontius Pilate to save us from sin; he suffered death
    and was buried
    And he rose again on the third day
    And three days later, he conquered death and rose
    He ascended into heaven and is
    seated at the right hand of the
    Father
    He ascended into heaven and sat on his Fathers
    right hand
    He will come again in glory to judge
    the living and the dead, and his
    kingdom will have no end.
    He shall return again to earth in glory to judge the
    living or the dead, and his Kingdom shall rule
    forever.
    I believe in the Holy Spirit,
    the Lord, the giver of life,
    who proceeds from the Father and
    Son.
    I believe in the Holy Trinity; the Father, the Son and
    the Holy Spirit
    Who with the Father and Son is
    adored and glorified,
    Who has spoken through the
    prophets.
    And with the Holy Trinity, we see the Holy Spirit in
    everyone, through their actions and words
    I believe in one holy, catholic and
    apostolic church.
    I confess one baptism for the
    forgiveness of sins.
    I believe that the Church and the Bible teaches us to
    act out the actions that the Father and the Son has
    needed us to act
    And I look forward to the
    resurrection of the dead, and the
    life of the world to come.
    Amen
    And I am eager to us humans to live forever in
    heaven, and new life to be welcomed in our world.
