TIME EXPRESSIONS
PRESENT PROGRESSIVE TENSE
We use Present Progressive / Continuous Tense
to:

Talk about an action that is happening now.
(at the moment of speaking)
PRESENT PROGRESSIVE TENSE
Verbs that end in E, drop e and add ING.

One syllable verbs that ends in consonant:
double the consonant then add ING
