Lucky Cement Limited tracked actual spending versus budgets for various cost centers at its Karachi plant RDF-TDF plant 812 for July and August 2012. Municipal waste, sugar cane bagasse, wheat straw and mustard straw budgets were not consumed as no amounts were spent in those categories. Minor amounts were spent on diesel, oil, lubricants, spare mechanical parts, electrodes and conveyor belts, while larger amounts were spent on E&I, spare RDF parts and others. Overall most categories remained under budget with money still remaining for the months of July and August.
