Summary
I've been working in "Origin Agritech "(a Nasdaq-listed seed company) since my graduation from china
agricultural university .
Started from the bottom,then Qa manager of Changchun branch#Beijing branch# Cotton division#Qa
manager&QMS affair manager of the company#Qa director of business unit corn and now Qa manager&QMS
affair manager of the company.
I'm very familiar with the seed production#seed process and the quality control of maize #rice #cotton
#rapeseed. I konw very much about how to Establish#Maitain the QMS in a company ,and I have rich
experience in audit ,Although I am not always the one who officially in charge ,but in actual fact it's me who
did all the work science 2009.
I lead the company's "Seed Treatment Recipe Trail" science 2003.
I'm fully involved in the "ERP Project"and the Establishment of inner control process accoeding to the
"SOX Act Section 404".
I participated the Design of Changchun and Beijing Factory, the upgrade of Gansu and Zhengzhou
Factory .I have many experience of seed process machinery both in corn seed #cotton seed and rice seed.
I'm always enjoyed in solving problem, I Innovated "a new seed vigour test mathod","a new rapid
mathod of cotton variety purity test","a mathematical model of corn seed drying ","a automatic
sampler","upgrade a automatic counting instrument " I also design "a knapsack detassling machine",although I
need to pursuade sb to buy it ,but I'm sure it will be usefull,for the seed production base in Gansu province not
suitable for mechanization especially LARGE MACHINERY.
