1. Navigate to transaction CRMC_UI_PROFILE and select the SERVICEPRO business role. 2. Double click on SERVICEPRO to view its default PFCG role, SAP_CRM_UIU_SRV_PROFESSIONAL. 3. Create a new PFCG role called ZSAP_CRM5_UIU_SRV_PRO71A by copying the default role. Then create a new business role called ZSRV5_PRO71A linked to the new PFCG role.

Create a new PFCG role called ZSAP_CRM5_UIU_SRV_PRO71A by copying the default role. Then create a new business role called ZSRV5_PRO71A linked to the new PFCG role.

Service Professional Business Role

1. SAP Transaction CRMC_UI_PROFILE for Service Professional


Enter SAP Transaction CRMC_UI_PROFILE
Select SERVICEPRO in the Define Business Roles


2. Double click SERVICEPRO BUSINESS ROLE

3. In the above screen we have PFCG Role as SAP_CRM_UIU_SRV_PROFESSIONAL
We have to create a PFCG Role from this PFCG Role for our Business Role (name given
later).

a. Create PFCG Role
SAP Transaction PFCG.
Enter role as SAP_CRM_UIU_SRV_PROFESSIONAL
















b. Copy the role in the above screen to a new PFCG role
ZSAP_CRM5_UIU_SRV_PRO71A.
Click the Copy role button above.


c. Click Copy All button above screen to create the PFCG role
Role Copied is shown below.


4. To create Business Role (name) ZSRV3_PRO71A from PFCG ROLE
ZSAP_CRM5_UIU_SRV_PRO71A created above.
SAP TRANSACTION CRMC_UI_PROFILE -> select SERVICEPRO Business Role -
Double Click SERVICEPRO Business Role

Enter Business Role Name ZSRV5_PRO71A. Enter the PFCG Role creates. PFCG Role to
Business Role should be 1:1.




Click enter in the input box placing cursor at the end of PFCG Role entered.
Business Role is created.

The Business Role created is displayed in the Business Role List in the first screen of
CRMC_UI_PROFILE.
