Salary: 17,000 - 27,000 per annum Location: Manchester City Centre Permanent
Skills and Works Solutions are currently recruiting an Insurance Assessor to be delivering Providing Financial Services Apprenticeship Framework to learners and employers both locally and nationally. To be based in Manchester City Centre.
The duties of the job include:
To expedite the completion of Apprenticeship and commercially funded learners. To carry out assessment of Apprenticeships and NVQs on a day to day basis. To maintain effective assessment practices and procedures within the guidelines of the awarding body, QCF and assessment centre requirements. To meet Awarding Body requirements for NVQ, Functional Skills and technical certificate delivery (where appropriate). To liaise with employers and monitor learner development, Health & Safety and Welfare and any aspect of their learning programme.
We would like to hear from you if you have/are:
Experience of working in Financial Services and Insurance. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong inter-personal skills. The ability to work with and support colleagues and peers from employers and partner organisations. IT skills e.g. use of Microsoft Office suite and e-mail scheduler. A flexible approach to work including hot-desking and cover of National and Regional areas, so travelling and potential overnight stays.
