Tukey End Count Method
The Tukey End Count Test is a simple way to determine if the mean has
shifted significantly.
To perform this test, arrange the before and after data on a scale so that
the data are in order from lowest to highest.
Starting from the left, count the number of data points in the lowest data
set until that data point is encountered in the other data set.
From the right, count the number of data points in the highest data set
until a data point is encountered in the other data set.
Add the number of data points together and determine from the chart.
