Business Development Executive (Ref: BDE2908)


Permanent
Salary: Circa 20,000 per annum plus OTE
Location: Trafford Park (pending move to Manchester City Centre later this year)


Centre for Assessment are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive based in Trafford
Park (pending move to Manchester City Centre later this year).

The duties of the job include:

Attending appointments to develop new and maintain existing business, selling all services related to
Customer Service Excellence to meet company targets.
Developing new business strategy and plans, retention strategies putting this in place to achieve
targets and create a good market position for CfA.
Contribution to the sales and marketing strategy and process.
Accountability for the development of services (non quality assurance) related to CSE.
Building, maintaining and improving relationships with relevant partner organisations .i.e. Networks,
consultants etc.
Building upon the existing network of associates delivering these services to ensure sufficient local
availability to meet market needs and ensure relevant development is available.
Leading on CSE related training offer
Contribute to/support cross company/group sales to agreed targets.

We would like to hear from you if you have/are:

Experience in a sales driven industry
A good understanding of Customer Service skills and management
Good Microsoft IT skills
Excellent customer relations & interpersonal skills
Confident and able to converse with people at all levels.
Proactive, well organised, and able to use own initiative as well as being highly motivated with a
passion for success
Able to work well within a Team whilst adhering to quality processes.
