Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment should be released within 7 days of submission of monthly bills.
The cheque/draft should be drawn in the name of NDS EXPRESS.

2. We promise that we shall deliver all your documents & parcels within stipulated time,
delivery may be delayed beyond the stipulated time period case of natural calamity, political
disturbances and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Fuel Surcharges will be charged @10.3%.

4. Any taxes or duties enforced by the government would be charged extra.

5. We will be fixed for ODA location charge.

6. Extra 2% charged on invoice amount for insurable item.

7. Volumetric rate for bulky shipments are calculated as
Air Volumetric Weight: <Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x Height (cm)> / 4500
Surface Volumetric Weight: <Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x Height (cm)> / 4500.
