    Extension of time is the extending of time for the construction
    period given
    to the contractor because the construction work cannot be completed
    before or on the date of completion of work. lt is given as of right and not
    as of priviledge to the contractor. Discuss the reasons for it being given
    and the procedure as
    provided by JKR 203A and PAM.
    Lanjutan masa merupakan suatu tempoh memaniangkan masa
    pembinaan yang mana diberikan kepada
    pihak kontraktor kerana tidak
    dapat menyiapkan keria-keria
    pembinaan sebelum atau pada tarikh
    penyiapan kerja. lanya menjadi suatu hak dan bukan suatu keistimewaan
    kepada kontraktor. Bincangkan sebab-sebab laniutan masa diberi dan
    aturcara tanjutan masa sepertimana
    yang diperuntukan di dalam borang
    JKR 203A dan PAM.
