NH Is The Most Widely Accepted Model Explaining The Formation and Evolution of The Solar
The Solar System consists of the Sun and celestial objects orbiting it, including 8 planets. The 4 inner planets - Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars - are smaller terrestrial planets composed primarily of rock. The 4 outer planets - Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune - are larger gas giants composed mainly of hydrogen and helium. Other objects in the Solar System include asteroids in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, as well as comets, artificial satellites, and moons of planets like Titan of Saturn and Ganymede of Jupiter.

Nebular Hypothesis (NH)
- NH is the most widely accepted model explaining the formation and evolution of the Solar System. - It was first proposed in 1734 by Emanuel Swedenborg. The Solar System (SS) consists of the Sun and those celestial obects bound to it by its gravity. SS can be classified into following two categories! 1- Inner Solar System- "onsists of Sun, Asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter and arious other !lanets 2- #uter Solar System- "onsists of "omets, Arti#i$ial Satellites, %upier belt and Spa$e &un' 4 inner planets!Mer$ury, (enus, Earth and Mars also called terrestrial planets$inferior planets %rimarily composed of roc& and metal. 4 outer planets! Jupiter, Saturn, )ranus and Neptune 'lso called the gas giants$superior planets composed largely of hydrogen and helium and 're far more massive than the terrestrials. *itan is larger than (ercury and the only satellite in the Solar System with a substantial atmosphere+ Norway is &nown as the place of Mid-Night Sun+ )ntil ,-..) it was believed that only Saturn had rings, but today it is very much proed that Jupiter, Neptune and )ranus also hae ring system around them. The meteoroids which fall on earth are called shooting stars+ *upiter has sixty!three &nown satellites. Its +anymede is the largest satellite in the Solar System) is larger than (ercury. Saturn has sixty confirmed satellites, two of which) Titan and -nceladus) show signs of geological activity) though they are largely made of ice. + It will ta&e a spa$e$ra#t ,/ years to reach the .upier belt. /'S'0s 0New Hori1on Mission2 is planned to arrive at this point in /3,4
