A hostel visit report has to be submitted to the Director EMGOI with


the following information through email by concerned official daily
before 3:30 pm

Observations:
1.Some girls were found at hostel rooms during their college hours.
2.some bread pieces were thrown in abrupt way inside the room no. 126 in front of washroom.
3. It has been found that some tables , chairs and cupboard were placed here and there in
irregular way .
