Personal statement.
I am a hard working kind friendly person in whom I am an enthusiastic person and a person who is
ready to work and help people. I have many interests in things such as business and ICT in which I
have been studying business and have a lot of knowledge about businesses. With knowledge about
business and ICT it is something which I can contribute when working at your business

Key skills.

Excellent communication skills. speaking and writing in which I have the ability to explain
clearly written and verbally in which it is something which is important in employment. With
the speaking skills I have good telephone skills in which I know how to deal with issues over
the phone which is part of verbal communication. I also have skills to talk to a large group of
people and give a presentation which is also important.

Good organisational skills which are also important. With this I have good time management
skills in which I can meet deadlines and also manage my time with the tasks which are
required to be done. With this I have planning skills in which I plan before I do a task in
which I know which resources would be needed in order to complete the task.

Good ICT skills. With this I have excellent ICT skills in which I have good knowledge of
using Microsoft word and excel and other Microsoft office applications. From these I have
done many things and developed many skills such as creating business reports presentations
leaflets and also spread sheets relating to cash flows which involves a lot of maths in which it
is another important skill which I have which I can contribute to your tasks and business.

group work as I can work in a team and do the required task which are important and meet
deadlines which are all important within a business.

Using Photoshop as I had used this type of software which I am able to edit photos and is a
valuable ICT which can be useful.

SNAP software which is software which designs questionnaires and analyses the data in
which I have experience using this software for my university assignments.

The advertisement for the job you have posted had caught my attention in which
there are many ways to how I am the suitable person for this job.

I am a person which has many skills which relate to business and also the application of some ICT
software which are used in businesses. With this I have excellent skills in using Microsoft Office in
which I have experinance in making business plans, reports, presentations, cash flows and many other
things which are required. With this I have experience in using SNAP which is software which makes
surveys and then analyses the results in which this is useful to a business. I have good communication
and organisation skills which I can contribute to your business.

I have had work experience in dealing with customers in which while working at Bucks new University
I had to communicate face to face with customers which ha given me some experiannce in dealing with
customers within different situations. With this for the Christmas market stall which I had to run at the
university, this had related to group working, project management and dealing with customers in which
I have the experinance and skills in order to contribute to your business.
