Perform SSO Between EP and ECC

This document provides steps to configure single sign-on (SSO) between an SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) system. The steps are: 1) Download the portal certificate and import it into the ECC system; 2) Add the portal certificate to the ECC certificate list and access control list; 3) Export the ECC certificate and import it into the portal. Once completed, SSO is enabled between the EP and ECC systems.

Set below parameters in As ABAP system


login/create_sso2_ticket=2
login/accept_sso2_ticket=1

a) Download the certificate from the portal

b) Import the portal certificate in the ECC System using Tcode strustsso2



c) Add this portal certificate to Add to Certificate list and Add to ACL (while adding to ACL list, Enter SID of
As Java system and client as 000) and save

d) Export certificate from ABAP System


e) Now export this certificate and import the file into the portal
