Copyright law is necessary because I have included the British Heart Foundation logo in my 3
photo campaigns.

A risk assessment is needed because the people involved in the campaign need to be aware
of the risks when working on the campaign. A Location Reece is in order because you need
to be aware of the potential hazards when shooting there.

I will need a model release because I need proof that I have asked their permission about
taking these photos of them and that they are allowing me to use them in my campaign.
