students. The chapter contains a lot of information, and without breaking it down the
information can seem like too much for some students. This strategy provides a visual of all
major categories that will be covered. It also provides space for vocabulary words so
students have the opportunity to learn those words before they get into the content of the
chapter.

the chapter as well as vocabulary that will be mentioned in the chapter.
