Work Experience Substitute Teaching November 2012- Current Part time as a substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools in Virginia. I manage classrooms of 20-30 students and follow through with teacher lesson plans in the absence of the lead instructor Sunday School Teacher August 2012- current Assisted in the education of 13 Catholic 2 nd and 5 th graders under the direction of a lead teacher. Assisted in First Reconciliation in December 2012. This work was in St. Marys Parish in Oxford, Ohio. Student Teaching January 2011- June 2011 Created and executed lesson plans following Virginia SOLs under the direction of a lead teacher. Assisted in administration of tests, daily lessons and managing the classroom during the day. FEA Tutor August 2009- June 2011 Tutored children individually and in small groups to help them with difficult subjects. Figure Skating Coach February 2008- June 2011 Taught students individually and in small groups to ice skate. Birthday Party Instructor June 2009- August 2010 Assisted and led birthday parties hosted at the Little Gym. Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation Volunteer March 2007- September 2009 Assisted with preparing, giving and dismounting of riders with all disabilities for horseback riding lessons at Morven Park, Leesburg, VA
