1] tcode SWDD create new .

2] down-left corner click workflow container. And double click on Double Click to create.

3]give the details as per ur requirement.


4] then click step types that can be inserted option.

5]drag and drop user decision button and mention the container element name that u created in
previous step. And mention approve and reject texts as below and mention ur userid in agents option.

6] drag and drop activity button.

7]click on spects button beside task button and click create task.

8] click on agent assignment in task properties option.
Assign ur mailid thr.



9] drag and drop send mail in approve side.and mention the below details like ur mail id and approve
text.

10]same for rejected also.

11] finally the flow will be like this.

12] execute.


13] click approve

14] click the match box button.
Expand inbox and click unread documents
Then double click on the recieved document.
