Assignment Choice #1 Interview with a Real-Life Survivor
With a partner, you will: Complete research into a real-life survivor *Include a bibliography to reference your research
Create a script for an interview between the survivor and the interviewer *At least 10 lines per person minimum is required *Use your research as the basis for your interview and be creative!
Present your interview to the class *If you would like, you could pre-record your interview prior to your presentation date

Assignment Choice #2 Song Lyrics
With a partner, you will: Choose 3 songs that 1) represent the novel Crabbe as a whole OR 2) represent a main character *Include a bibliography to reference your songs
Complete the handout provided that includes: 3-4 important lines from the lyrics, how the songs relate to Crabbes character, and an opinion paragraph *This is your rough copy
Create a PowerPoint or Prezi Presentation including the key information from the handout. Be creative!

With a MAXIMUM GROUP OF 3, you will: Read through the Movie Trailer PowerPoint under Assignments in our class file Brainstorm and select scenes that would be interesting and best suited for a movie trailer (aim for approximately 6) Fill out the Shot Outline sheet provided Film your scenes using pre-approved locations around the school or at home *90 seconds 3 minutes max. *Use your own video recording device Edit your footage (iMovie, Movie Maker) Add music and voice over Include a bibliography to reference your sources Present your movie trailer to the class *Save on your flash drive in wmp file or put on YouTube
