Analysis Data and Analysis
Interpretation
The purpose of the data analysis and interpretation phase is
to transform the data collected into credible evidence
about the development of the intervention and it
performance.
STEPS :
1. Organizing the data for analysis
2. Describing the data
3. Interpreting the data ( accessing the
finding against the adopted evaluation
criteria)
MEAN, MEDIAN, MODE & RANGE
To find the mean, add up all the numbers and divide
by the number of numbers.

To find median, place all the numbers in order and
select the median number. If there are two values in
the middle, then the median is the mean of those two
numbers.

To find the mode, the number which appears most
often.
