HUMANs LIMITATIONS

Brain
Need to memorise and remember too much of information. Solve complex calculation quickly and accurately by using things such as calculator, abacus, cash register and computer.

Strength
Lift and transport objects that are very huge and heavy Work for extreme long hours. Devices that can be used to overcome this is tractor, wheel barrow, pulley and crane.

Sensory organs
See objects that are at a distance, fine and tiny can be assisted by the help of binocular, telescope, microscope and magnifying glass. Hear sound that are very soft and come from long distance can be assisted by speaker, microphone, telephone, stethoscope.

Limbs
Walk for a long distance. Fly from one place to another place. Swim for a long distance. the devices used to overcome is bicycle, bus, car, motorcycle, helicopter, aeroplane, boat, ship and ferry.

Disadvantages of technology

Unemployment
*Human workers replaced by machines.

Social Problem
*Misuse of technology contributes to criminal activities. *Example: drug abuse, robbery, alcohol abuse

Accident
*Large quantities of vehicles on the road.

Health Problem
*air water and pollution cause various diseases.

War
*Creation of explosive materials and nuclear weapons. *Cause loss of lives in war.

Extinction Of Wildlife
*Uncontrolled logging and mining. *Deforestation-loss of habitat. *Animals and plants die.

Environment Pollution
*Harmful chemicals are released into air and water by factories and vehicles. *Example: air pollution, water pollution and land pollution
