The main parts of the systems needs to be standardized


are: input data formats, output models and integration of
the data mining systems into the other systems and vice
versa.

Currently some maturing standards exist for data mining


namely PMML, XMLA, SQL/MM, OLEDB-DM, JDM (JSR-
73), CRISP-DM and CWM-DM.
