Pspice Lab#1: Diode Characteristics

This document provides instructions for using PSpice to simulate diode characteristics and analyze transient responses in circuits. The procedures include: 1) Simulating the I-V characteristic of a PN junction diode by sweeping the voltage from -1V to 1.1V and plotting the current. 2) Repeating for a general diode circuit. 3) Setting up a transient analysis of an RC circuit by plotting the capacitor current over time and input voltage over time. 4) Simulating a clipper circuit with a triangular wave input to observe the output voltage wave form and transfer curve.
