4nec2 Tutorial

This document provides instructions for using the 4NEC2 electromagnetic simulation software to model a half-wave dipole antenna. It describes how to download and install 4NEC2, open an example file, define the antenna geometry as a single wire with 21 segments between two points, define a voltage source on segment 11 to excite the antenna, set the operating frequency to 299.8 MHz, run the simulation, and view the radiation pattern and 3D visualization of the antenna and fields.
