Teacher Input/Lesson Activity: Entering class and having a seat until bell rings. Once everyone is seated I will instruct them to go get dressed. After they are dressed they will begin to stretch and do their laps. After they do their laps they will have a seat on the orange line to listen to instructions for the day. Modeling: Kickball basketball is the game. The class will be split into two teams. One team will kick first and the other will be in the field. When the first person kicks the ball they have to run and touch all of the bases and try and beat the defense from making 3 passes and a shot. If the defense beats the runner before they reach home the kicking team doesnt receive a point and that counts as an out but if they make it around before the defense makes it in the goal they receive a point. If a ball is caught in the air it is an out. After 3 outs teams will switch. Whoever has the higher score at the end of the class wins. Guided Practice: Correcting any mistakes or confusion Independent Practice: Students will have their own role knowing what needs to be done to get an out. Lesson Closure: coming together to discuss the purpose of the activity, going to get dressed.
