Basic Mental Abilities Assessment

The Basic Mental Abilities Assessment is a series of timed tests in three parts developed to measure a candidates ability to succeed in a number of different areas. Designed as a prescreening tool, it is used to filter out candidates from your applicant pool. A proctor is required if administered in the traditional taken pen and paper mode, with a stop watch. If administered on-screen or on-line then sensible oversight is recommended (no dictionaries or calculators are permitted), but timing is automatic.
