Every day in P.E. class, Mr. Martin makes us do curl-ups, which improves our muscular endurance. Also, I worked out at volleyball. I accomplished my goal of maxing out on the curl-up test. My muscular endurance was increased because of this. I improved my muscular endurance, because at the beginning of the year I was injured and on crutches. When the class took the first curl- up test, I was not able to participate. The second time the class took the curl-up test; I completed ti with a score of 70, which is the max score. In the future, I can use this strength to help in sports. I can use this to help for pole vault during track season. Muscular endurance can help later in life in many different ways.

I was challenged because I lost some strength when I was injured. I wasn't able to work out so I lost all that I had gained before. I had to build the strength that I lost very quickly so that I could meet my goal. I worked hard in P.E and as a result I met my goal.
