First I went through all the exercises in the PowerPoint book to learn how to work with the PowerPoint program. Next I took the certification test and failed on my first attempt. So, I asked Mrs. Schmit a few questions. Then I took the test a second time and passed. In PowerPoint I learned how to make a professional type presentation. learned how to apply effects to images and text. This makes the presentation more interesting. I also learned how to insert audio. In the test I had to apply transitions to the slides so that the space between the slides was smoother. It made the presentation look more neat and clean. I had to re-take the test because I didn't fully understand all ofthe skills required to pass the test. I had to learn and study the things that I was struggling with before I could take the test again. As a result I passed the second time I completed the test.
