By his/her signature belo"! or by the signature of the participant(s parent/guardian! the participating indi idual oluntarily agrees to assume and/or incurs all ris% of loss! impairment! damage or in'ury that may be sustained or suffered by participation in this e ent "hether or not the result in "hole or in part of the acts or omissions! negligence or other unintentional fault of the e ent sponsors or property o"ners. )n addition! the participant agrees to release! hold harmless! and indemnify the Life #est committee! organi&ers! olunteers and sponsors from and against any claims! demands! actions! causes of action! la"suits! e*penses or losses (including attorneys( fees) on account of property damage or personal in'ury (including death) arising from this e ent.
