Imagine Gabbar (of Sholay fame) as one of the residents of our building. How he would have reacted to the following table? While prices of virtually everything else have gone up, maintenance cost at our buiilding has still remained the same..!!. Yet, some people find it high. Gabbar would have screamed: Yeh Sarasar Nainsafee Hai..!! Look at the following chart and you would be able to understand Gabbars anger:
