INTERNET EXPLORER SETTING FOR FINACLE 1- Double click on internet explorer shortcut. Which is on the desk top.

2- Go to menu tool => Internet Option 3- Go to General page and change the address to the home page of Finacle, allotted to you by the DATA CENTER. E.g.

4- Click on security page . Click Trusted sites. Click on sites button. Uncheck req8ired server verification ( https) for all sited in this zone. Type the server address allotted to yoy by the DATA CENTER e.g. 5- IN the same page i.e. Security, click on custom level Button . Scroll down to Micro soft VM => Java Permission and click on Custom radio button . Click on Java Custom Setting . Click on Edit Permission page. Under Unsigned Content => Run Unsigned Content , click on Enable radio button . Scroll down to Signed Content => Run Signed Content and click on Enable radio button . Click on O K button. 6- Click on Connections page. Click on LAN Settings button. Check ( i.e. . ) Automatically detect setting . Click on OK button . In the Main setting window, click on OK button. 7- Click on Refresh icon or go to menu View and click on refresh menu option. 8- Click on view , Uncheck status bar , if checked. 9- Under tool Bars , Unchecked Standard Buttons, If checked address bar , if unchecked ( Optional ) rest should be unchecked. 10- If on opening internet explorer and on trying to Finacle, the message Unable to proceed please configure browser , please refer to installation manual message is displayed, go to the File Menu of explorer and uncheck the Work Offline option by just clicking on it . On opening the explorer again the problem is solved. 11- If the Finacle screen size is not just right for easy working ( i.e. either the screen is to big or too small ) then follow these tips :

- Close or minimize all open screen and Right click on empty space of the desk top . - Click on Properties menu and the go to setting option. - Select True colour 32 bits if available in colours combination box . - Select screen size 800 by 600 pixels by dragging the pointer with clicked mouse. - Click on apply and OK. - The computer will take some time to adjust the screen which is just right to work on.
