This site offers different selections into operations that correspond to the common core. This is great because it allows age appropriate and standard appropriate math games/software. I plan to implement this site during individual computer time where they get to use technology and learn/practice math. This site popped out to me based on the color shemes, fun animation and use of cubes. I would use it in the classroom for children to take turns with on the smartboard. It could be interactive and educational This site would work well I think because of the real life pictures incorporated into the learning. Not many times can you use math with real life pictures. It is great to allow the children to pick which picture shows the correct fractions. This site features fun ways of measuring without paper and a hard ruler. I can see the children enjoying this practice with the electronic ruler and colors. I would use this site during computer time individually. This was a great game. It was more of a puzzle which children love to do. When I think of elementary classrooms you rarely see children doing concrete puzzles. This site was a great practice for children to create a puzzle with putting together a geometric shape of a square. I would use this as a smart board activity with the children taking turns putting each one into place.
