Abstract - This paper presents the format and guidelines for authors for submission of a technical paper. The paper is submitted to be in ready camera format and is limited up to six (6) pages. Abstract is limited to 200 words and should be free from equations, figures and tables. The font size for the abstract, keywords and body text is 10 points. Keywords: windows word processor, A4 paper size, double columns, submitting electronics format and four hard copies. 1.INTRODUCTION It is important to follow the guidelines to ensure the uniformity among the papers published in the Proceedings of SITIA 2010. 2. FORMAT The page format is set from the page setup. The paper size is A4 (210x297mm). Fig. 1 illustrates the page layout and margins

2.2. Equations and symbols Equations are in Italics and numbered in brackets. Reference to the equations should be in the form Equation ( 2). All symbols must be defined in the body of the text or at the end of the paper. 2.3. Numbering Number reference citations consecutively in square brackets [1]. Refer simply to the reference number, as in [2]. Do not use Ref. [3] or Reference [3]. 3. RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS Results from simulation, laboratory or field tests should be included here to validate the method. 4. CONCLUSIONS Every paper must have conclusions. 2.1. Font sizes The font sizes are shown in Table 1. The preferable font type is Times New Roman.
