Elastic floor coverings: PVC - Linoleum - Caoutchouc

Elastic oor coverings can be used in various elds.They are easy to clean, wear-resistant, durable and available in a wide range of patterns and colours. The elastic oor covering must be mechanically applied at factory to guarantee high exibility and interchangeability of the oor panels maximum moisture proof and monolithic appearance of the oor area

PVC

Parquet
Wooden oors create a pleasant atmosphere. As we are using thin prefabricated wooden boards we deal care fully with natural resources. The surface of the boards is nished, however, can also be oiled or provided with solvent-free UV acrylic varnish. Optional, other types of wood or special designs of strip parquet can be produced and applied.

Textile floor coverings: Needle felt - Ball yarn Tufting velour - Web Velour
Textile oor coverings are preferably be used in ofce areas or high trafc spaces like bank lobbies, public libraries or similar. Different types of carpets are available. Textile oor coverings are appreciated because of their high sound absorption properties. The oors in public areas should meet the requirements of the standard DIN EN 1307. On request, we can test the breathing quality of the carpet in our own laboratory. The textile oor covering can be applied at factory or loosely laid as SL-tiles.
Needle felt
Due to its high wear and proven wheel resistance it is used for high trafc spaces stairs, underoor heating ofce areas Needle felt has medium sound absorption values and can be delivered as breathing carpet on request.
Ball yarn
cut-resistant, no frayed edges extremely hard-wearing easy-care due to stain-re sistant and dense surface low waste good impact sound insulation
Tufted velour
tufted velour for commercial areas for high and extreme wear available in many patterns and colours, different thickness and various surfaces good to excellent impact sound insulation

Natural and artificial stone

Stone coverings are installed in spaces where high-grade and stylish ambience is required. Typical elds of application are department stores, bank lobbies, hotels or public buildings as well as showrooms. Beside the creative and architectural requirements the areas degree of utilization should be considered too.

Special coverings: stainless steel - cork - bulb plate

On request, MERO-TSK can provide many special types of oor coverings and is able to test their suitability for the intended use. Appreciated special coverings are e.g. glass, cork, stainless steel or bulb plates.

MERO-TSK is testing oor coverings in their own laboratories regarding suitability: which covering goes with which panel and which adhesive meets the requirements regarding peel resistance, paging, electrostatical conductivity etc.
