Broad Machine Specifications : 100Kg. Paste mixing capacity. Sigma type oxide mixing machine with water
cooling jacket complete with motor and suitable gear box. Automatic Water & acid dispensing system. Provision of
Exhaust Fan looped to temperature controller in the paste mixer. Mixing tank inside lining should be with S.S.
sheet (SS 310) and S.S. casted blades rotates in different RPM and opposite direction by heavy duty spur gear
guided by ball bearing of reputed make enclosed in housing duly fitted to the main frame with hydraulic tilting
arrangement to dispose mixed paste from the tank.

Remark : This is required for making small quantity of paste mixing particularly for mixup of paste with new
addtives / validating new supplier materials used in paste mixing process.
