MATCH TIES will be decided by a Super Over of a maximum of 3 batsmen 1 hour and 20 min will be allowed for each inning - Umpires have the right to penalize the team exceeding the time
Points Rules 1 2 3 4 Winning team will be awarded 3 points. Any team scoring 150 runs & above gets 1 bonus point. Team scores below 100 runs, opposite team gets 1 bonus point. Team batting second chases the target within 15 overs whatever the target gets 1 bonus point.
Timing Rules 1 2 For each match toss will be conducted 30 mins before the scheduled time of start. Any captain not available will lose the toss. Matches will begin at 0700hrs, 1030 hrs and 1400hrs. If minimum 7 playing members of any team are not available at the scheduled start of the match, that team will be disqualified.
Playing Side 1 Each team should consist of a maximum of 16 players. Every team is to provide the names of its 16 players latest one week prior to the tournament start date. Once the list is forwarded, no changes will be entertained. Please note: All players who play within a team will be monitored to check if they have been part of the 16 in the original list. Any team found guilty, upon review will be disqualified. The organising committee holds the right to check the identity card of the players at any time.
Additionally 1 2 3 A box of water and soft drinks will be provided to each team. All the playing members of the team will need to be in the team kits and teams will need to maintain uniform consistency among themselves. Teams which violate any of the set rules will lose the current match; and depending on the severity might be disqualified from the tournament.
