MySQL Database Server Installation


Click on the Setup.exe

Click on Next button. You can then set the program folder, or use the default folder. Then select Typical:

Click on Next button. Then Click on the Install button:

Wait for a moment.

Click on Next button.

Click the Next button again.

Select the Configure the MySQL Server now, and click the Finish button.

Click on the Next button.

Select Standard Configuration, click on the Next button.

Select Install As Windows Server. Make a Service Name, or simply select MySQL5. Make sure the name does not have a space in between. Check the Include Bin Directory in Windows PATH Click the Next button.

Now please enter the password for the root super administrator. If you want the other computer access the database in this computer, check Enable root access from remote machines. You must keep this password in a safe location. When the VDC software is accessed, this password will be asked to enter. Click on the Next button. Click on the Execute button.

Click on the Finish button.
