6. INSTRUCTIONS: Abstracts must be provided electronically and confined within the frame above.  Provide the title in upper 
case type, followed by the names of all authors and the authors' institution.  Leave a space, then proceed with the main text, 
using a structured format with subheadings: Background, Methods, Results (or Case Reports), and Conclusions.  Figures and 
tables must also be contained within the frame.  The text should be size 10 Times New Roman font.
