Analysis of Students' Goals: by Sarin Parikh Ileana Vasquez

Abstract
In this finding, we attempted to find the goals of
students aged 4-6. The students were given four choices to rank in accordance to their goals preferences. The four choices were Money, Grades, Looks, and Sports. Students were sampled from three elementary schools. The following graphs show the results of these graphs.
preferences? Is there a trend moving towards a specific goal as they get older?
Data Summary
1st Graph Most of the students surveyed attend elementary, a small number of them are in middle school. 2nd Graph The majority of students are in the 4th grade, a good chunk them are in 5th grade, and only one student is in the 6th grade. 3rd Graph The childrens ages range from 7 to 11 years old 4th Graph The majority of students have sports and grades as their top two priorities. 5th Graph Students show the least preference for looks.

Less students prefer having their goals be of looks and money. Sports and Grades tend to be more popular with students between the ages of 4 and 6.
Conclusion
More Students prefer sports and grades over
looks and money. We can see from this study that students, even at a young age, are focused on goals for their lives. The superficial things in life have not affected them yet.
