The Registrar of Labour Relations, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, intends to cancel the registration of the South African Building and Allied Workers Organisation (SABAWO) trade union (LR 2/6/2/466) for failing to function according to its constitution and failing to comply with Sections 98, 99 and 100 of the Labour Relations Act of 1995. Interested parties are invited to submit written representations within 60 days as to why the registration should not be cancelled, pertaining to Notice 2013/88. Representations should be submitted to the Department of Labour.
