TYPES OF MICROSCOPE 1) SIMPLE OR MAGNIFIER - Consist of a single lens set in a frame - It has low magnifying power and enlarges an object without inverting the image. 2) COMPOUND MICROSCOPE - With (2) lens system (Objective & eyepiece) - It can magnify the image up to several hundred times the actual size of an object and the image appears inverted 3) STREOSCOPIC MICROSCOPE - It is a simple microscope consisting of two microscopes mounted in a single body - It is used where a movement is required when examining a dissected specimen. - Image is seen
